When you visit Italy, you can’t help but fall in love. That’s why Tuscania Events’ President, and Professional Planner Mia Antonia decided to make it her home more than 13 years ago. Swept up in the beauty of the culture and the rich history of the people, Mia moved to Florence after completing her degree in Design and Art History at the University of California. In the Renaissance capitol of the world, she studied Fine Arts and the History of Tuscany. During nearly ten years of intensive study, Mia fully embraced the Italian culture, traditions and language, making her home in the Tuscan hillside with her Florentine husband. This knowledge and appreciation of the culture is what helps Tuscania Events plan designer weddings that are truly unique and steeped in tradition and romance.
How Do We Do It?
Our Professional Event Planners offer couples their vast knowledge and ability to research new areas and unique requests. Whenever a request is proposed, a Planner will research creative ideas, location possibilities and technical information to help better define your celebration. We can offer many artistic ideas in keeping with your wedding theme, and can also research the historical and traditional curiosities of the area, so you feel connected to the rich traditions of your venue. Once you choose a site, your Planner will do more research to determine the specific services you require for your location and accommodations, activities and entertainment. And our long-standing relationships with some of Italy’s top vendors will insure you the quality of service you’d expect for such a special event.
