Restaurants - small receptions, dinners and rehearsals of up to 20 guests.

Italy is a country known for it’s sumptuous fare, and a charming restaurant may be just the right atmosphere for your event. Since many of Italy’s best restaurants have been around for decades, they tend to be small and work well for groups of 20 or fewer. Restaurants in Italy are not often set up to host private events, but a mediator from Tuscania Events can help you secure the venue of your dreams, and likely arrange exclusive use of the restaurant for the evening.

Cottages - for intimate parties up to 40 guests.

The Italian countryside is famous for it’s charming country homes. What better way to give your wedding an Italian flair than to have an intimate reception at one of these lovely stone cottages surrounded by the rolling countryside of vineyards and olive groves? Small villas or cottages must be rented on a weekly basis and require special permission by the owners to host a charming yet intimate wedding reception on-site. Your Tuscania Events mediator will help you secure the venue of your choice and finesse all the details of your custom reception with the owner’s permission.

Private Villas and Garden Weddings - for parties of 40-100+ guests.

The Italian Villas and gardens we recommend are of the highest caliber. These noble family estates of important Italians are still interwoven into today’s Italian society. Many of these villas were built during the renaissance to encourage contact with nature, so they often boast splendid gardens and open areas, authentic frescos of the open sky, and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Now they are fully renovated and serve as a way for Italian nobility to maintain their family’s heritage. You can choose one of these spectacular villas for your reception, have a romantic wedding in the formal gardens, or rent the villa for an entire week to immerse you and your loved ones in the beautiful surroundings before your big day.

Private Castles - for parties of 40-100+ guests.

Tuscany plays host to some of Europe’s most breathtaking castles, and many of them can serve as a dream wedding venue. These castles are primarily owned by Italian companies that specialize in wine, cheese, olive oils and other local culinary products. They have been fully renovated and often include gardens and terraces with stunning views of the countryside. Maintaining their original medieval charm, these castles are made of stone with grand entry ramps for a setting rich in history and tradition. Some of the castles offer overnight accommodations exclusively for the special couple and a small number of guests. A few high-end castles are available for exclusive rental for larger parties. We will help you choose the ideal castle for your particular needs.

Hotels - for medium to large groups of 40-100 guests.

Tuscania Events only recommends hotels that are consistent with the romance and history of the region. Wonders of architectural beauty, our hotel venues have all of the old-world Italian charm you expect for your special day. Many of these hotels require music and festivities end at 11pm, so they are ideal choices for an elegant afternoon or early dinner reception. If you wish to celebrate later into the evening, we are able to negotiate an exclusive rental for 2-3 days with our personal contacts at many of these hotels. This arrangement offers couples and their families more privacy and flexibility for their custom planned event.
