OUR OPINION
This estate includes a Villa and 8 farmhouses and is located in the center of Val D’orcia. This hamlet is make up of lovingly restored stone farmhouses whose original architecture and materials are carefully preserved. The possibility to organize wine tastings, cooking class and excursions are a plus. Overall stunning location!
"This borgo is like leaping into the 11th century surrounded by tranquility and nature. When we arrived we were greeted with kindness and were given a tour of the enchanted corners of the estate. The "zio masi" room was equipped with all modern day amenitites yet fit perfectly within the context of the medieval hamlet. The dinner was authentic and served in the old barn of the castle. The atmosphere was special with candles and the sound of the crackling fire in the background. We woke up next morning and had breakfast on the panoramic terrace with breathtaking views that was completed with horseback riding. I could go on and on but one word sums it up - magic!"
