"Recently spent a week at this castle to attend a wedding and I can't say enough good things.  As a guest of the celebration, staying at the larger villa on the property with a group of friends, we couldn't imagined a more picturesque vacation. Even just sitting out of the patio or just hangin by the pool felt surreal, as the castle is situated at the top of some of the most gorgeous rolling hills in northern tuscany.

Tips:  you need a car or a driver-you are not really near anything.  Also, there are not a ton of restaurants nearby, but the restaurant at the castle is superb.  So we cooked at the villa a bit and found that nearby grocery stores had strange hours so be prepared to schedule food shopping accordingly.

As for the wedding ceremony, which was hosted inside the entryway to the castle and the reception, which was held on the patio behind the restaurant, both were literally pictures out of a magazine.  As the sun set over the wedding reception and the extra long table adorned with vibrant magenta flowers, we all felt like we were in paradise.  Honestly, best weding ever."

My husband and I got married at this beautiful castle this past April. We rented out the entire place for one week. Fourty five of our friends and family stayed with us.  We had the trip of a lifetime. We took a day trip to Rome, a Vespa tour of the tuscan countryside and day trips to Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Fiesole.  However, the highlight for my guests was hands down the beauty and tranquility of the Castle. Alberto gave us a great and entertaining tour of the ancient castle, where we had our rehearsal dinner. The courtyard of th castle was so quaint and romantic for our ceremony.  We had our reception at the restaurant.  The chef, Claudio made a custom made menu for us, including a traditional itlalian wedding cake.  After an unbelievable meal, we headed over to the tasting room, where we danced the night away...literally.  We had an amazing trip. This castle will always have a special place in our hearts. We hope to return one day for our 25th anniversary."
